I will introduce you to the unexpected possibilities of working real plant materials into hand embroidery, exploring traditional embroidery techniques, botanical embellishment and the meditative rhythm of slow stitching. Whether you're a complete beginner or the most experienced stitcher, you will be guided to create at a pace that feels right for you. Set against the backdrop of the French countryside with a wealth of inspiration surrounding you, this one-of-a-kind botanical experience promises to be soothing, sensorial and invite a new way of seeing the natural world, into your life.
Each day blends guided sessions, demonstrations, and one-on-one tuition, open studio time to keep stitching, and the week closes with a exhibition of your work, to celebrate the end of our time together.
