Nature as my material, nature as my teacher, nature as my healer.

Nature gifts us with flowers, leaves and seeds in an array of rich colours and intricate details. I grow, forage and collect these materials and work with these offerings as my embroidery embellishments and dye materials. Nature presents us with beautiful offerings, but these offerings, like all life, are transitional. Nature reminds us to observe, to listen and to learn, presently. Personal and ecological healing are continual, when we work akin with nature, nature in turn, will look after us too.
